Shame one of the characters is a praying mantis not a spider, otherwise this would have been the official /civ4xg/ anime. There's apparently some references to Japanese civ memes and people have noticed a few spells/titles that are identical to ones in the Japanese version of FFH2. Crazy how some OC mod is that influential.
