The fact that Capitano wasn't brought up by Dain or any of the members of the Abyss Order during the 5.7 AQ (in a story about the Ley Lines, too) even once just makes me believe that they still plan on doing something with him.

That, or they just forgot about doing anything with him in the story entirely. Who knows. I'm at the very least hoping we get some more lore about him.
