No. Uzi jacked N and V and became their Solver host admin back in Episode 5. Ever since then the Solver has been unable to directly influence N and V, and it comes up in again in Episode 7 when the Solver / Cyn attempts to hijack N again but access is denied by what Uzi's done. We SEE Cyn/Solver attempt to fucking eat N's core in Episode 8 before getting interrupted by Khan shutting the door.

This is DIRECTLY stated and shown in the shown. They are directly referred to as pets. The Solver states in Ep 7 that it wants to get rid of N and replace him with another blissfully ignorant backup as he's served his purpose. They are nothing more than toys. N is the favourite toy, but a toy nonetheless. This is flying absurdly far over your head.
