My mother-in-law bought a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. She gave gifted it to us 6 months ago when she bought yet another new car. It has 85k miles. The fucking head gasket blew. Only fix is new engine because the engine itself was engineered to cause this failure. Ford knew of this issue in 2013 and kept selling the same exact engine until 2019. They even knew most of them would fail right outside of the warranty window. I wish I had listened to Ice-T and gotten car shield for this piece of shit. At least I didn't pay for it. What the fuck ever happened to Ford Motor Co.
