Teruteru dies immediately, Hiyoko and Mikan die in case 3, and Nekomaru dies in case 4 and is absent for case 3. You have a point for Akane, though.

Besides which, Hifumi is also a comic relief character in DR1, and he's there as much as Mikan is in her game. And Toko/Jack survives the entire game and is also basically a joke character.

All of the games have at least 3~ joke characters, it's only ever a question of how long they live.
