Thoughts on going all in on GME at these levels?

Past a certain size I don't know if a landlord would ever keep up with maintenance / code upgrades, it's just not feasible. And telling all those people to find a temporary residence while their apartment is being fumigated for lice or remodeled? Good luck with that.
