Even if that's true, its a whataboutism fallacy. I don't approve of Trump's vaccine or the shutting down of the economy, but even if that did happen, it doesn't negate Biden's vaccine mandates and tougher lockdowns. Don't forget that Biden campaigned in 2020 in large part on a platform of Trump's not being tough enough when it came to the pandemic. Democrats were screeching about how Trump "wasn't doing enough."
But Trump also received pushback from the right over what he was doing. Trump was booed at his own rallies by supporters when he shilled his jab. But that doesn't change the fact that Biden doubled down on that and was far worse.
