It's closer to vietnam than the Holocaust. Nobody is being targeted because of their race or whatever, there are Palestinians who live in Israel comfortably. The problem is these sand monkeys support Hamas.
Hamas is like the viet Cong, they hide among the people and use their resources. They embed themselves in the population. They use civilian infrastructure to fire weapons, forcing Israel to target civilian infrastructure.

Hamas mismanaging their food is not Israel's problem.
