It's like taking hentai and giving it to a high-quality anime studio, instead of outsourcing it to low-budget animators like they did with Takamine-san. Kadokawa always assign ecchi anime to low-budget studios, which ruins them, so you can’t enjoy high-quality animation (part of the globohomo plan to fight ecchi)
