How I do I stop crying every time I see a young shit passion who has a cute bf

I’m crying so hard everytime esp when they look cute and have a cute bf

Started hrt at 20

I’m 6 months on hrt and still have a pretty thick neck, shoulders, and traps and back. I need to loose it.

Should I take weight loss drugs such as semaglutide or just take Pioglitizone?

Anyone had this problem of upper body muscle?
