I should note though, this should only be used as a last resort, and if you can go for longer than your allocated days then go for it. I've found that by having a set goal day, it made me push forward where normally I would have given in and relapsed. After a while of doing this, you will naturally abandon the structure entirely and fledge into an SR chad where you don't even think about fapping anymore, because you'll find that you're enjoying your time more and more without it. You will find that the few times you do go to revisit porn you won't even be interested by it anymore (even disgusted in some cases), and if you do relapse your brain will realise the reward from cooming is not commensurate with the amount of shitness you feel afterwards, and associate that with a negative feeling. In essence, your brain will be tricked into thinking that fapping makes you feel bad, and the urge to do it will almost completely vanish given enough time.
