Two-form can be understood in a myriad of ways, just as monstergirl can - is it a girl who wears boots and long gloves, or is it a monster who has womanly charm? Typically what separates monstergirls from monsters or furry is that monstergirls have a human face. However, there is no monstergirl bible / canon that dictates that it can and has to only mean one type of being (lazily designed rpg race that lets cosplayers have an easy time)

Likewise, a different combination of male and female features can easily be considered a combination of two. The sexes aren't only the genitals. Terms like cuntboy and dickgirl are gross as well, and by far the most insulting way to refer to anybody or anything.

Shemale makes a lot of sense, especially if your world/setting has both herms and shemales who would both take the futa term.
