so according to me very innacurate tests, it is very possible to run a Nilou team without a real healer if you run Nahida Prototype Amber and Maiden Beloved, because her burst has a very short cooldown and energy cost and you can just spam it for constant heals. As you can see in my screencap my healerless team was well alive after several minutes fighting.
with this i have concrete proof that:
>Lauma, Nilou, Nahida and Aino
is very viable and the best possible bloom team.
