My legs feel stiff and hurt when I run, but I don't struggle breathing-wise. My pace has also been dropping noticeably. Last week I did fartlet long runs for 3 days straight and I PR'd heavily, but after I went back to normal long runs my pace dropped even more. How do I get out of this rut?
