I have the experience of oneness right now and I still do stuff. I can’t go back either. I’ve tried to find the self again (the feeling of you between your eyes and an inch back) but I can’t find it. That being said I did end up in the hospital for dehydration because I had my own “rock” phase. Doing literally nothing. Not eating or drinking, just laying there.

I’m glad you see past the nonsense and recognize this as just a thing the brain can do. That’ll make it much easier for you to discover for yourself through direct experience.
