Your mistake here is giving the government/military the benefit of the doubt, even though have exhausted all doubt a million times over at this point. But I guess it's different this time. They lied about all the 999,999 things before this, but now just this one time, because it snugly fits my own biased political narrative, the government is telling us all the truth, and there is nothing more that needs to be examined here. Fuck the precedent this sets, like every single other precedent that has been set because every incident is just framed perfectly enough for plausible deniability, but narrative control too because it's politically convenient at the moment in a "my side their side" propagandic fashion.
Christ, I knew /pol/ had fallen long ago, but when I read shit like this, it's a sobering reminder of just how fall. Literally no different than the twittertards who say one thing one month, and then several months later spin their heads and say the exact opposite in an astonishingly display of hypocrisy and cognitive dissonance.
I guess it doesn't matter here or there. Everyone is fucking stupid and lacks critical thinking. A shame they stopped teaching that in school. But then, that was always by design. Nothing new under the sun.
