I went with a 20lb model, the biggest issue is washing the thing out and keeping it warm so it doesn't feel like a cold corpse but it's pretty amazing other than that.
I don't know if you lift weights regularly, but taking it into the hot shower turned out to be the easiest way to clean it. Stand it upright to drip out for a half hour, then use drying rods (which seem to be reusable for a while). Then, back into the heat box to stay ready for action.
The 37.5 lb will feel the most like a real woman but I can't imagine hauling it into the shower. They jiggle and fight back and you have to aim the orifices at the water while opening and rinse several times.
The middle tier one with a locksafe and drying sticks is nice if you're ok spending a little more. Otherwise the $70 one will do the job if you devise heating and get a few drying rods. Drying rods are fragile, baby them for repeated use. The main hole on mine is always tight, almost too tight where you thought the whole ordeal was going to last a little longer. I've been with a number of women and very seldom are any of them that tight. Never tried the anal channel so I can't comment on that.
Keeping them warm seems equally important as cleaning - I can't imagine trying to snuggle up a large, cold doll every night. Like hugging an ice cube. These things don't retain heat for long and the usb warmer in the 2nd tier isn't going to do a whole lot on a 20lb block of rubber.
$70 - $160 isn't a bad deal at all but they do require maintenance and upkeep. Much easier than a dog and way easier than an actual woman because you never have to talk to it, listen to it, wonder why it thinks such stupid things, spend money on it, or woo it into being in the mood. You can be a selfish lover with these things.
If you build a small box:
shoe dryers (pictured) - $5
a PTC element w/fan to mount on the side is around $10
Unless you're into cold, lifeless bodies, of course.
