Is it a sequel or a prequel? Stylistically it's clearly ancient times whereas 3H is medieval and the main location looks kinda like Zanado -Sothis' capital before the big nuke, but on the other hand they have relics which only exist after Sothis died.
I'd lean toward a prequel since I think they'd avoid making any 3H ending the canon one.
