well i don't know about that case in particular, but going off of the screencaps from when they were cleaning out cunny lake they were very blatantly scribbling them out rather than deleting them instantly too
plus it's always done by placing transparency pixels, picrel is the alliance leaderboard from when they were wiping it out and the main MOD tag has over 100k pixels dropped alone
so even if that case wasn't the mods, the point still stands
