Primarily known for constantly making threads with a picture of Sally Amaki, has been doing it for about a year now. They will not bump the thread, only recreate it if it has been deleted.
They will also aggressively and report and derail threads which they perceive as being unfit for /jp/, and usually make an associated Sally thread mocking it. Whether the threads actually require deletion or action is a case-by-case basis.
