this isn't even a loki situation where the frame is actually fine
she's just bad at what she's supposed to do and is outdone by multiple frames and even lone helminths that on her would make her kit worse
the only other ones I can think of that aren't nearly as bad are grendel and hydroid

I can't actually tell if radiation procs disable enemy defensive auras anymore but continually lassoing things just caused a giant pile of ancients because they specifically do not want to die
at least it looks cool I guess
