>The import-substituted SJ-100 made its first flight

>In Komsomolsk-on-Amur, the SJ-100 passenger aircraft with fully Russian components, including PD-8 engines produced by UEC, took to the air, Rostec reported.

>The aircraft factory updated its equipment fleet with domestic machines and installations; now the assembly of airliners is carried out on a Russian stand.

>Rostec noted that this is the first aircraft assembled using serial technologies and in the target configuration intended for deliveries. There are already 24 such aircraft in production, each with an updated fuselage and dozens of new systems replacing foreign ones.
