Had to draw an extra card for clarification, because the spread is a bit eh, strange.
So the way I read this is that you or well, your book is going to break some kind of personal milestone and in this sense its a drastic shift from what you are used to, could be said to define your writing career in a sense.
Now it does get complicated as to what the ramifications of this might be. One one hand while the boom is a success, you are shown disappointed or better said, troubled by it. Its not that you can't recognize the success, but something more personal happens because of it. While it might define your writing career, it might make you not want to write or at least about nothing else, might lead to detachment from your part in some meaningful capacity.
Strange spread, but that's how I read it.

You doubt too much on yourself is a key point here, maybe better said is you feel unworthy but that's not all the extent of it. This is of course botn out of a screwed sense of self worth, you overly criticize yourself for things that are not real but you also find it difficult to admit fault when its obviously inaction from your part. All of these together puts you on a position that you quit before you start because you dont think you are enough and when you do think you are enough, you dont think the accomplishment would be enough.
In simpler terms, you need to maybe do a list or a journal. When you want to start something, write down why you think you might fail and really debate solutions. This might help you notice than you are better than what you think and it will help you be more realistic between cost efficiency. Best of luck, anonette.

The idea i am gathering from this spread is that things might become very onse-sided due to a possible distance or even absence altogether. You only one side full of regrets that lead you to be terrified of making any one action not only to him but even unwilling to take care of yourself... and then there is him unwilling to commit to anything, probably looking to avoid even the slightest negativity in his life at the moment... Now this isn't to say that you are negative to him or that he even perceives you as so. This is to say however, that if you come off as depressed, desperate or even cold, he might second guess any connection with you.
So... make sure you can balance this. If you ignore him, he'll do the same to you, but if you pressure him in. A way he might consider toxic he'll be glad to ignore you. All you can do is be the best version of yourself with him, if there's history, go for the good days, not the bad ones, he wants to forget the bad ones. No guarantees, but I do hope this helps.
