This seems to be the only kind of player I run into in Diamond.
He wasn't even THAT bad, he wasn't spamming DI or DR, and was genuinely just trying to play neutral and I obliged. I'm just surprised his highest ranked character is Ryu and he's not Master rank with all those hours.
