103. USCG needs to use its regulatory authorities to crack down on aliens in our ports.
104. FEMA needs to declare a national migration emergency, implement regulations to prevent aliens from impeding emergency response efforts, end payouts of emergency funds for aliens,

OSI needs to work with other statistical agencies of the Federal government, as well as HSI/I&A and other relevant agencies, to develop more statistical collections for the purpose of advancing Federal immigration enforcement efforts, improving public awareness of migration problems, and recovering the American economy. (HHS may also want to implement more collections of statistics in order to keep track of abortion, transsexualism and other LGBT, contraceptives, and other Democrat-associated degeneracies.)
106. TSA needs to refine its TWIC program to accept only citizens, or at least only permanent residents, rather than accepting temporary workers. POTUS could issue an order to have all IDs restricted to the extent legally practicable to prevent non-citizen access to IDs. This also means USCG should restrict its MMC to citizens only.
