Russian bias as in "Non-Russia vehicles given disadvantages for no reason" IS real.
Reminder that every single mechanic that can't be coded because "the engine can't handle that" is only because Russia doesn't have the tech.
If Russia fielded a tank with CVT, the Type 10 would be immediately "fixed" (still underperform compared to the Russian tank)
Same with regenerative steering and the EldE 98 powertrain
