Inconsistent scientific evidence is not an argument, neither is detrimental for those with chronic disease as many balanced diets can be detrimental to those people and they have to adjust in one way or another
Absence of physical activity is pointless in the context of diet alone, it belongs into lifestyle
Rapid weightloss is the dumbest argument, if it works great it works great, same as promotes short term changes
