i think it's always up to interpretation and you should just set standards for what is coercion/abuse instead.

There are people over 25 who are super gullible, unable to take care of themselves, and can be either tricked or pressured into doing things not in their best interest.

addressing this probably should take age or age gaps as a factor, but i think it should be a single system rater than incorporating an arbitrary threshold where suddenly nothing else matters, one side they will stamp your marriage licence while she has your baby in her and 1 day sooner you are a rapist and get 20 years.

It sucks but really people are just so different and complicated, relationships even more so, so proper justice is just inevitably going to require some serious reasoning vs comparing 2 numbers.
