in america we put dogs in literal cages for 8-10 hours a day, and then 6-8 hours a night it is considered responsible to do so
not sure what tuxedos you put on your dogs in goymany but this is a wild overreaction from people who don’t understand dog ownership here
where I grew up we kept beagles outside in a coop all year - it was fucked up but farmers gonna farm and my dad didn’t like dog hair in the house, this is also common here
