I am informed burgers tots are instructed from a very young age to “save room” for dessert, and in the course of a normal day will eat to excess in order to stretch the stomachs and instestines as so to accommodate the extra sugar and fat at the end of meals and thus “make room”.
As such their burger elders are much impressed .
