We had characters that have been meta for 4 years kek.
But no Qu Shukra is better than Plume meta wise.
There is also a few free characters you can get via the dorm once you unlock it.
There is also an event that gives you Alpha Crimson Waves + 21 get them it will be the base for your Lightning team.
Do the event to get Lilith too she will be a great DPS/support for your Dark team.
And most importantly have fun, even tho the game can be janky sometimes due to it's old age once you start getting newer character you'll have more fun.

I think Karen is going to get replaced soon besides her will need to SSS rank her + weapon + leap not worth it. He can use Ishmael instead, and Bianca will out dps her anyways.
