It's simple. Qiuyuan does heavy damage, and Iuno buffs heavy damage. She also does a lot of damage in her own right, so it's like a dual-dps team. It's about on par with Jiyan-Iuno.
But ripping the moon away from the sun is a hard sell. You shouldn't take Iuno away from Augusta, that's bad juju.
