Why? No, literally, how and why? Everything about Amphoreus is genuinely complete and utter trash, from the narrative incongruity, to the numerous plotholes, to the bland and reptitive character writing, to the missed plot beats and the hamfisted shilling of personalityless black holes like castorice and cyrene.
The only likeable aspect(s) of Amphoreus are the music and Dan/March actually getting something to do for the first time in like 1 and a half years, and that is in no way enough to carry an entire patch cycle.
