Which Nod-Krai servants are we rolling for, bros?

The (detailed) Nod-Krai trailer has 11 characters
Flins' drip marketing quote and one of the datamined 'About: [character]' voice lines suggest there will at the bare minimum be two additional Nod-Krai characters released at some point, probably the usual kind of random character that doesn't show up until the story is over like Chiori, Varesa, Ifa etc.
It's safe to assume there also at the bare minimum will be one new random four star from Liyue next lantern rite since they release one every year. Whether or not there will be an additional five star like Shenhe, Baizhu or Cloud Retainer is anyone's guess.
This should, assuming everyone here is playable, be about 14 of the 17 characters we can expect to come out throughout 6.X. Who will the final three be?

Now for the real discussion, what is their role actually going to be?
For instance the entire Natlan AQ cast might've had random professions but they were ultimately already all acquainted with one another while simultaneously fighting against the abyss, but sure they're not going to have everyone in pic related somehow be best friends across all their different factions and alignments
What do (You) think the story even is going to be about? In-universe we obviously can't just set foot in Nod-Krai and immediately start heading towards wherever Columbina is situated
