Yeah that's Blender. The Ina model was created by a really talented porn artist that Merry Milk anon knew of, and the environment is a nice cabin model I found free on sketchfab. I'm not at the level where I can make a whole scene like that by myself, but I was at least able to apply a sun light and make it be late evening position. There's add-ons that convert koikatsu models to usable Blender files, if I recall, but I don't know what the specific add-on is.
And yeah, Blender is crazy impressive. It's mental how good it is, particularly given it's completely free and open source.
