i use AMD FSR with the 3d resolution scaling set to 99, with an rtx 4090. i think the other settings are just whatever the highest setting seemed like. except for the in game ambiant occlusion, which is HBAO+ quality because the other settings were making my game flicker shadows when the camera was too close. i set the game window to 4k, zoom in a lot, and use knearestneighbors, fxaa, smaa, qmxao, nlm_sharp, adaptive sharpen, mxaoffxiv, and lumasharpen all pretty low settings to ease it to how it ends up looking. i think with ambient occlusion its probably better to tone it down a lot or you get giant fake shadows and notice the chunky edges of models easier. if youre still having problems with it, you might be able to smooth things out in post. sometimes dropping it from 4k to 2k can smooth it out a bit too.
