raider talked to me about weathervane on the beach when i talked to him in passing, but he didn't have the ! marker.
he just gave me the personal objective to find in limveld.
i didn't do it yet, but i fought revenant cause she appeared already on the minimap with the quest marker.

i wonder what will happen after i get the thing.
if i have to fight revenant again i'll scream lol it took me 6 tries.
