Maybe "their" plan is to show themselves every day and make people doubt that these drones are man made then naturally the world's population will start to believe they are ayys and some governments might give up and confirm. Little by little breaking the invisible wall that forbids them to manifest themselves in our home planet/dimension/reality. I think this barrier is already weaker than before this is why we can see them so much recently. Maybe it works based on "faith" The thing that all paranormal creatures want. The good and the bad ones. Like how fairies don't appear to humans that don't believe in them or how you need to have faith for miracles to happen and apparitions to manifest themselves to their believers.
