Shield Hero and Eminence in shadow are optional because their presences in IQ is so minimal and their extended casts are more like growths on their MC's skin than actual characters. Hell, this episode's first half was all about how the entirety of the Shadow cast is on the same level as the pleiades from Overlord, who are quite literally The Help.
