in fairness I think he's just very poorly chosen words to say that niggers and sand people should also care about the environment, just like the white people do. it's just a struggle for him to admit total cultural inferiority so he can make it sound like we're "taking it back from them white folks". sadly niggers or too stupid to take of a cause of alturism, you have to activate their chimp rage to get them to rally behind something.
