i worked in (and paid dues to) a UFCW grocery store when i was in college. i never personally benefited from the union but i understood the benefits.

i really don't know what i'm supposed to do with the information you provided. the fact of the matter is that on average union workers make more than non-union and they benefit from workplace protections provided by the union.
