There is a severe audio bug with bots interacting with spore pods. Over enough time it'll degrade the game and lead to a crash and possibly fuck up shit outside of the game. It's an early bug that was reintroduced recently and has been a problem for 3+ months. AH doesn't seem concerned about fixing it.

You just have to completely avoid bot planets that have spore pods.
