I liked Daima. The subbed episodes came out on Hulu weekly so it was the first time my wife kept up with a new weekly db show. It was solid and a fun ride. Wish the Tamagami were playable.
I think the only probably with S!0 was the player base. The devs didn’t do anything wrong, the game was exactly what it was supposed to be. It came out swinging with a huge roster and flashy presentation, invoked feelings of nostalgia and got supported for a straight year. There’s really nothing more they could have done to make zoomies like it besides, I don’t know, adding an actual battle pass or a team multiplayer mode or something and the game just didn’t need those things. There’s plenty they can improve on of course… characters, stages, more in depth story modes,
but that all is for S!0-2 and beyond.
