No, not really. Size is really the only consideration I could think of but frankly get a Keltec P-32 or some other little pocket semi or revolver and deal with a slightly larger handgun that has a reasonably sized grip and has more than 1-2 manually cocked shots. And if you're fine with manually cocking frankly get one of those silly little 22LR/22WMR revolvers that hold like 5 rounds. There are anons who claim to carry those (god help their ears).
