They're not the problem. You're the problem for noticing this.

The MAOA 2 Repeating Allele (responsible for violence and impulsivity) is carried by 1 in 20 male blacks, 1 in 100 Middle Eastern people, 1 in 250 Hispanics, 1 in 500 Whites, 1 in 1000 East Asians. MAOA 2 can't be "hard worked", "personality responsibility'd" or "willpowered" away. It can't be cured by improving socio-economic conditions or education either. The only solution is complete segregation from people who carry it. George Soros doesn't want that though.
