I don't know what you really mean by accessibility but, yes that's probably part of it, it's also that F 1-2 were generally a "underground" gaming kinda thing for the couple 10's of thousands of white men that played games at the time they came out. F 3 is the one that came out when now tranners were either 10yrs old or not born yet, Vegas came out right when most millennial trans mtf's were in their prime teens yrs heavily influencing how much they like the game.

FNV also has the most varied and goodlooking/fuckable female character models arguably better than F4.
