Wow, thank you! I'm really glad my effort's not going to waste :) Your advice on cutting out parts that work in other pieces is good, too, but you have to be so careful. To anyone reading: If you're not using controlnets for the exact pose like this anon (or even if you are), it's veeeery easy to wind up with great parts that LOOK like they'd fit onto the base you're using, but are physically impossible in some (probably lighting) way that fucks up the whole thing. So be careful and consider the way the parts interact in a 3D space! Still, great advice and a very powerful tool when applied properly! >:]

Also, for textboxes, I do it myself, then smooth it in with inpainting! I notice that it doesn't quite match the "feel" of the image if you just put in the speech bubble and leave it at that, the images all have a graininess to them that fresh textboxes look too clean for. If you've got a light enough hand, the text quality doesn't suffer too dramatically, and it can be useful for cleaning up the lines on handwriting.
