sorry; i could've finished these captions much quicker, but for the first some 24 hours, while i wouldn't say i was panicking, i definitely realized partway into the first caption that i knew nothing about the actual properties of muscle. like, even wikipedia describes chest muscles (pecs) as "fan-shaped". i literally don't even have the slightest knowledge of the shapes muscles make to even flirt with such dialogue, let alone anything actually advanced like where they connect, their layering, their constituent parts, the process of stressing them to make them grow back stronger... i basically just wallowed in my ignorance in futility until i gave up on being anatomically detailed, to instead just take the concept of a body part to its logical extreme... it's the only way i could even finish the first caption, but once i started doing it, the rest was easy. but, yeah; someone more educated on the human body would be able to deliver proper detail; i can only do prose... sorry

the pale backgrounds also made me have another breakthrough, in that i added the slightest pale color to the text color, so that the text wasn't just a flashbang on a flashbang. i think it helps to draw attention to the text naturally, too, since it is easier to look at than the pale backgrounds. i don't know yet whether i will be standardizing this following, but for this batch of gens, i think it helps

there are two (2) other gens in the batch that caught my eye, and i already have an idea for one, but this thread was on page 10 already, so i quickly finished this to get these out so far!!
