Nah I did all the steps in my post after wheeling back to infiltrate the fortress, still haven't wheeled and like I said lulu said no corruption after necrocore so maybe I'm good regardless.
This is the one that's not getting registered I think - I blocked it like in the walkthrough but unlike the other ones you block it doesn't go directly infront of it it just blocks it's LOS to get through. Maybe there is some method to actually crush it / block the square in front of it I missed.

Either way I push on for now.
