Hello Kiara, I got some stuff to share with you mainly food related stuff.
>Eszterházy torta
A while ago I wrote that you should try Eszterházy torta from Hungary and I also wrote that I would like to try it but there's no hungarian anything near me. Without even looking for it I actually came across it in a restaurant and it was pretty good. I recommend you try it! Im a pastry lover and not a cake lover but it was still really good. I think you would really enjoy eszterázy torta. Sachertorte is better though.
>How to Prepare Mate (the Uruguayo way)

I also found this video for you. I think I forgot to share an important part of mate. At 8:45 is the most crucial step and it's the reason you never pour the water over all the leaves (or worse stir it, which is an actual insult. I'm not joking.) Its why you leave some dry parts. You drink until the flavor is gone and then you rotate the mate so you get new dry leaves once the wet ones run out of flavor. This is how one cup lasts you all day.
>Tereré – Bebida Típica del Paraguay

Also this video is how they prepare it in paraguay. They serve it cold with medicinal herbs for the benefits and apparently in this case they just pour it over all the yerba. I've never had it this way but it looks refreshing for a hot day. Good job Kiara!
